1.Can we get free samples?
Yes. Free samples are OK except the freight .
You can do freight collect, or pay the delivery cost to our Paypal account.
2. Can we print on the bottles and jars?
Of course, you can make Various of printing methods as you want,such as silk screen printing, hot stamping and silver printing.And we can also provide frosting, color spraying,decal,polishing, plating and label sticker etc.
3. What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 4-7 days after receiving your payment.
B. For mass production, lead time is about 30 days, and longer if surface handling is needed.
C.For new mould,we need 15 days to make mould and samples after receiving your mould charge.
4. What is your shipping terms?
A. For samples or trial order, EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided.
B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
We will try to help you choose a best way depending different order conditions.
